Operator definition: Fast fashion is a commercial architecture — not just a price point or an aesthetic. It combines short lead times, high SKU rotation, continuous product drops, and merchandising discipline that protects full-price sell-through. The label is usually applied to Zara, H&M, Primark, Fast Retailing (Uniqlo) and Shein — but the underlying models differ materially.
